Why is celebration limited to only one particular day?
Life is a celebration!!
Rishi Gurukulam, on Thursday, 13 December, 2017 celebrated Children’s Day. Children’s Day is a day to recognize children, as they are important and valued members of the society.
Teachers organized different activities to share the significance of the festivity.
It was an overwhelming moment to all the students with a sudden sound of ‘Dhol’ to announce the celebration just before they could disperse from the assembly.
They were eagerly awaiting to celebrate the event of the day.
The evening looked vibrant and colourful with all students in their casual outfits, eager to have a fun filled evening. There were various stalls for games and beautifying put up by the teachers.They had a splendid time playing and painting their imagination with great smiles.
After the Aarti, Teachers’ entertainment commenced with a welcome song followed by graceful solo and group dances, hilarious duet, teachers enacting students’ special characters and sharing Greatness for each Class.
Students’ favorite dishes were served for dinner in the lawn area. It was no doubt a memorable day.
